Our approach strategically aligns individual members, through one-on-one coaching progression, with systematic team development to create a high-performing team. We believe that sustainable results are produced if individual contribution is continued alongside team development. By leveraging a custom-tailored team coaching design around your unique needs we will foster a culture that is organic to your team. Our coaches will leverage multi-faceted assessments that will reveal hidden areas, target current adversities, and prevent future barriers.

Our Method

Team Coaching is done in five phases:

  • Development Phase – Establish the relationship, examine culture/documents, and review specific goals
  • Discover Phase – Administer assessments, interview selected personnel, and establish measurable goals
  • Define Phase – Align team members, implement coaching initiatives, and review team deadlines
  • Deploy Phase – Continue team development and prepare long-range coaching objectives
  • Discourse Phase – Administer surveys and design quarterly/annual team development
